Irrigation: The property is situated in the Richvale Irrigation District which was established in 1930 and serves approximately 34,000 acres in the Richvale area. There is a large irrigation canal situated on the north property line of the ranch. From this irrigation canal, the water is delivered by gravity to the property through irrigation screw valves located along the irrigation canal.
