The Warrior Farm consists of approximately 215 acres in two tracts located in Lee County, Arkansas just east of the community of Monroe. The north farm consists of 140 acres and the south farm is approximately 75 acres. Both farms have good access from Lee 152 Road and the north farm has additional access from Lee 132 Road. The Farm Service Agency office reports that all of the acreage is cropland, all of which is irrigated by three (3) diesel turbine wells. The north farm also has a pump-off re-lift in the southwestern portion of the farm to enhance the drainage of the farm during major rain events. Portions of the farm have been leveled in the past and are considered improved.
The farm has a crop historical crop rotation of rice and soybeans. The tillable acreage is leased to Keith Wilkinson on a crop share for the 2026 and 2027 crop years.
Most notably, the farm is located on the west side of the Warrior Hunting Club, a famous green-timber waterfowl hunting club. The Piney Creek and Big Creek flyway is just north of the farm which only strengthens the hunting on the farm. Historically, the waterfowl hunting rights have been leased out on both farms to provide additional income to the landowner.
