DESCRIPTION: The Packards Bend Tract is unique property because it has significant timber value and is also a great hunting tract. About 100 acres of this property has 25 to 28 year old planted pines growing on it. It has a nice trail system that allows easy access to the property and county paved road frontage. There are several nice places for food plots on the tract also. There is an intermittent stream that runs through the property that allows water for the wildlife most of the year. Along the streams are natural old growth timber.
