The Broken Anvil Middle Ranch is located approximately 15 miles southeast of Lander, Wyoming. The ranch is comprised of 2,100.14 total acres, consisting of 627.14 deeded, 1,193 BLM lease acres and 280 State of Wyoming lease acres. The ranch headquarters includes a beautiful 2,530 sq. ft. three-bedroom ranch style home with many upgrades including high-quality wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and wood laminate flooring. Additional improvements included a large, 2,092 sq. ft shop with concrete floor and multiple pole barns with attached lean-tos and corrals providing ample facilities for livestock.
