Tract 14 - BELLE RIVER RANCH - 35.17 ACRES - NO COVENANTS - VIEWS OF DEVILS TOWER & BELLE FOURCHE RIVER VALLEY - UNDERGROUND POWER
See every sunrise/moon rise and every spectacular sunset.
Perched above the valley, this tract captures breathtaking panoramic views of Devils Tower National Monument, the iconic Missouri Buttes, and the scenic Belle Fourche River winding through the valley below. It features excellent year-round access from a newly constructed four-season road, conveniently accessed via the County-maintained River Road. The tract includes 30+ acres of tillable pasture for your livestock or food plots for wildlife. Hunting and wildlife viewing includes whitetail and mule deer, along with the occasional antelope. The alfalfa field on the river valley below can sometimes have over 75 deer and many nice bucks can be glassed up during the fall rut.
The setting is simply extraordinary, and the views are truly one of a kind that have to be seen first hand to fully appreciate.
From the property, you are only approximately 11 miles from access to 80,000+ acres of National Forest for additional hunting opportunities as well many other allowable outdoor activities.
HUNTING OPPORTUNITIES on the public lands in Crook County include Elk, Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, Antelope, Merriam's Turkey, Sharp Tailed Grouse & Roughed Grouse as well as waterfowl and other small game species.

HERE'S SOME GENERAL INFORMATION: FOR NON-RESIDENTS - Tags for Deer, Elk & Antelope must be obtained through the Wyoming Draw System. Once you draw your tag, you can obtain an additional archery license for $72.00 which allows you to also hunt during the designated archery season dates. If you do not fill your tag during archery season, you can continue to hunt during the designated rifle season for that specific unit and species which is unique because in most western states, your tag is restricted to either rifle OR archery season dates. Wyoming also allows crossbows during their archery hunting season.
ONCE YOU BECOME A WYOMING RESIDENT - Based on current regulations for Crook County, you can buy both your General Deer tag and Either-sex Elk Tag over the counter, which is a wonderful thing.
