LOCATION: Ranch is located 9.5 miles southeast of Breckenridge, TX and approximately 1hr 45 minutes from Fort Worth.
VEGETATION: Trees consists primarily of mesquite, hackberry and a large cluster of live oaks, but also a variety of other shrubs beneficial for the wildlife.
UTILITIES: Electric is available at the road and water meter previously was located inside the gate at the southeast corner of the property, but currently is not active.
