Simpson Creek runs through this property and provides great wildlife habitat. It would also make a great place to get away and ride your UTV. The property has a mix of young plantation to natural hardwood. Most hardwood is located along the drains of Simpson Creek. This is an excellent recreational tract just 7 miles northeast of Sheridan, AR and less than 30 minutes from downtown Little Rock.
