The Spoon Buttes Ranch is located approximately 18 miles north of Torrington, Wyoming and consists of 8,571.59± total contiguous acres; 7,578.29± deeded acres, 640± State of Wyoming lease acres, and 353.3± BLM acres. Home of the famous Spoon Buttes, the topography of the ranch provides unlimited nature protection for livestock and is ideal for a year-round cow operation and/or a yearling operation. The ranch is owner-rated at 350± head for year-round grazing, or approximately 1,000 yearlings during the summer grazing months. Sheep Creek travels through a portion Spoon Buttes Ranch, providing livestock and wildlife water during the spring and summer months. The improvements on the Spoon Buttes Ranch include a new 96’X48’ shop with electricity, 6-inch concrete floors, and 14-foot overhead doors. This building includes an office/vet room that is equipped with bathroom that includes a shower, plus a tack room with heat and has been recently remodeled including new wiring. Also included is a set of working corrals constructed of concrete railroad ties and drill stem pipe. The property features multiple solar and electric wells along with an underground pipeline.
