85 Acre Prune Orchard

LOCATION: The property is located at 13860 Highway 36 E in Red Bluff, California. Only a few miles east of the town of Red Bluff. EGRESS/INGRESS: The ranch is accessible via Highway 99 or Highway 36 E and has highway frontage on both access points. PRUNE ORCHARD: The orchard is approximately 85 acres. It was planted in June of 2016 with 18' x 14' spacing. WATER & IRRIGATION: There are two (2) agricultural wells on the property and the orchard is irrigated using microjets.
