The pipeline right-of-ways are cleared and productive. The soils are sandy to sandy loam with some tighter country and a hill in the south central party of the property. An old house is not salvable, but a windmill- equipped well appears to have served the house at one time. The well is currently inoperable. Game include deer and quail.
