This property is located in section 4 & 5, Township 18N, Range 10E all in Choctaw Co. Ms. 5 miles south of Eupora Ms. on Ms. State Highway no.9 . Property has 1/4 mile frontage frontage on Ms. Highway # 9. and 1/2 mile on Marshal Rd, which is a County Gravel RD. This is a great Timber / Hunting tract consisting of 376 plus or minus acres including a twenty-acre tract of cultivatable land. There is a small house on the property that has a good metal roof and with a little work would make a good hunting and or week end get away. The 20-acres that is in cultivation is planted in peanuts at this time. There are 70 acres of the property that is enrolled in the government's Conservation Reserve Program and is in planted pine trees about 25 years old.
