Joiner 162 Farm

The Joiner 162 Farm consists of 162.0 +/- total acres of investment-grade, income-producing farmland in Northeast Arkansas (Mississippi County), just off I-55 and two miles west of the town of Joiner. 150.55 +/- acres are leveled, tillable cropland, irrigated via one diesel-powered well and one electric-powered well. The property is farmed by a local producer on a 25/75 crop-share rent program and is currently on a rice and soybean crop rotation. The 2023 farming operation yielded 73 BPA of soybeans and 211 BPA of rice. The land has excellent access directly from Arkansas Highway 118 and County Road S245. The interior road system is outstanding throughout providing proper service to the farming operation.
