Mixed Cutover and Timber

A 180-acre mixed timber tract of mixed hardwoods and cutover, along with a few sloughs to offer water for wildlife. Most of the timber has been clearcut and has began to grow over with thick grass for browse for deer as well as cover. A very good internal road has been put in to get aroubd the property as well to food plots and stands.
