Cross County 160 S Pin Oak Land Company has the privilege to list 160.0 acres of Income producing farm/recreational hunting land with approximately 127.1 acres of irrigated cropland with a water retention levee bordering 114.01 acres of the crop land. This retention levee allows for the removal of excess rain water during the cropping season, and to prevent flood water levels from the river from undulating the growing crops.
