Vale Hay Farn

Consisting of 102 acres, with 100 acres under irrigation supported by water rights through the Vale Irrigation District. Irrigation is delivered through 4 gravity pressurized pivots allowing for efficient water application and strong production capacity. The gravity pressurized water service significantly reduces pumping expenses. The hay crop yields have been approximately 7-7 1/5 ton per acre. Planted in hay for 2026 season has had other crops during rotation years. Due to the acreage size, it may be available for a building permit.
