GILLETTE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
As of 2013 the city of Gillette has developed a Comprehensive City plan that covers 20 years of planned city growth. A new city plan is getting developed and will be published soon and their intent on this area, Enzi Drive. The Meserve Ranch is currently leased by a yearling tenant who stocks approximately 300 yearlings during the spring, summer, and early fall. The ranch is ideal for yearlings as it offers expansive grass meadows, seven reservoirs, and an extensive water pipeline system that spans the length of the ranch. Multiple seasonal streams traverse this property, feeding both the reservoirs and enriching the surrounding grasslands. The ranch's topography is notably diverse, featuring rolling hills and distinctive conical landforms that define the western boundary of the property. This variation not only enhances the visual landscape but also contributes to a rich habitat for wildlife. With a strong agricultural base and scenic terrain just minutes from downtown Gillette, the Meserve Ranch offers both productivity and proximity.
COMMUNITY
