Georgetown Lodge

The Georgetown Lodge offers the opportunity to acquire a turnkey camp with the comforts of home, all in an excellent location for recreation. The lodge features 2,164 square feet with three (3) bedrooms and one and a half (1.5) bathrooms. The open concept full kitchen and living room features a pool table, full bar and wood burning fireplace, making this a great place to relax after a successful hunt. Outside, the screened in 500 square feet back porch or the covered fire pit offer excellent areas to entertain guests year-round. The lodge also includes a game cleaning station that is connected to an enclosed storage area/ mudroom. A shipping container with electricity is located on the property providing additional storage for hunting gear. Utilities on the property include electricity, city water, natural gas, and private septic. Access is considered excellent via Highway 36. The Georgetown lodge is located less than 2 miles west of the community of Georgetown. From the lodge, youre located a short drive to several excellent public land hunting and fishing opportunities such as Raft Creek WMA, Hurricane Lake WMA, and the White River. In addition to public land hunting opportunities local landowners have been known to historically offer leasing opportunities in the area.
