160 Acres of farmland broke down by FSA as 158.96 acres half is planted to wheat. Buyer shall get seller share (1/3) of the presently growing wheat crop and any go government payments associated with said crop share. Buyer shall reimburse seller for fertilizer expenses. Buyer shall get possession after harvest on the growing wheat crop and on day of closing on the land not in wheat crop. The FSA grain base shall stay with the land. The farmland relatively level to gently, rolling hill in the middle. Farmland combination of (78) Weld Silt loam class 3C, Norka Colby loam class 3E, and Colby Norka loam class 6E.
