TOPOGRAPHY, RANGELAND & HABITAT The ranch is gently sloping from west to east with elevation ranging from 480 feet to 410 feet down at Medio Creek. Recently, the owners root plowed and disced roughly 150 acres and the recruitment of new native grasses has been excellent. The cleared area will be great for running cattle, hunting quail and shooting doves around the ponds. In the "back" portion of the ranch, the brush was left untouched and is a sanctuary for whitetails and native game. WILDLIFE Consistent with the area, the ranch will have an abundance of whitetail, dove and quail. This area of the county is known to grow trophy whitetails and the owners have not hunted deer on the ranch in years so the age structure should be there for the new owner the enjoy.
