Pine site index averages eighty-nine (89) feet (base age 50) on fine sandy and silt loam soils. Terrain is flat, with Big Creek and other large creeks flowing through tract. Tract offers open bottomland hardwoods for hardwood reproduction for squirrel, deer and hogs, and open water for ducks.
