The Jersey 40 Tract offers an excellent secluded recreation and timberland investment opportunity. The timber consists of ~26 acres of 14-year-old hardwood timber and ~14 acres of streamside management zone. Access to the property is by ~3 miles of woods roads from County Rd 1 N.
