Carroll Farm
453+/- Acres - A land grant holding since 1775
Irrigated Farm and Hunting Land
The Carroll property was deeded by a land grant from the King of England prior to the American Revolution; and the farm has been in the Carroll family since 1775.
The farm contains large crop fields, a water supply for irrigation, and some of the best hunting in South Carolina.
The farm is located one mile west of Blackville, on Hwy 78; across from the Clemson University Research Center.
There are approximately 178 acres of cropland and 275 acres of hunting land. A beautiful house site lies near an old hunting camp.
A neighboring farmer leases the cropland and owns the existing irrigation pivots. He would like to continue with the crop lease.
