This property has 175 acres (plus or minus) and is located near Perdue Hill. It is in the western part of Monroe County and lies south of Highway 84 along both sides of Turkey Trot Road and south of Lawson Road. The topography is level to gently rolling and the tract has good soils for timber production. The interior road system is in good shape and gives good access to most of the property. There is a stream that runs through the eastern part of the tract that adds valuable wildlife habitat. This area of the county is sparsely populated and consists mostly of timberland with scattered plots of farmland.
