The main office building is approximately 2,850 square feet and includes 12 rooms such as executive offices, a reception area, five bathrooms, and a Driver’s Lounge with a shower, seating, desks, and vending machines. The upstairs features an executive suite with multiple offices, a large conference room, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Connected to the office is an 11,902-square-foot service shop designed for large vehicle maintenance. It includes a wide-open layout for maneuvering trucks and trailers, an oil dispensing system, a compressed air system, a drive-over service pit and a gantry crane. A nearby washdown bay is tied into the city sewer system to manage wastewater.
