Northwest of Vale,Oregon are two non-contiguous productive row crop farm parcels offering approximately 245 irrigated tillable acres with fairly level fields and excellent access. Irrigation improvements include four well-maintained pivots, three wheel lines, and 16 acres with buried mainline and risers for hand-line or solid-set irrigation (hand-lines excluded). Water is supplied to the 264.4 assessed acres by the Vale Irrigation District. The north parcel is served by two head gates, while the south parcel receives gravity-pressurized water. A transmission line easement along the eastern boundary does not interfere with farming operations.
