The 1915 Ranch

The 1915 Ranch sets just south of Colorado city and a mile northeast of Lake Champion. The 320-acre ranch includes a 4,100-sf unfinished cinderblock home that is ready for the new buyer to finish. With the majority of the internal building materials on site, it's ready for the buyer to make it their own. The home sits atop a large plateau overlooking 1,000's of acres. A 3,200 -sf insulated shop with 5 large roll-up doors with plumbing installed is ready to make into that great hunting retreat camp. The barn is surrounded by 13,000 sf of hangovers and more covered barn area for your ranching vehicles and equipment. Water is provided by a water well that pumps water to the home, barn and west through the property with marked hydrants.
