Living off-grid doesn’t mean being far from fun. This parcel lies near several world-class destinations:
Grand Canyon South Rim – The most visited part of Grand Canyon National Park offers breathtaking rim-top viewpoints, hiking trails, visitor centers and free shuttle buses. From the property it’s about a 45-minute drive north to the South Entrance via State Route 64.
Bearizona Wildlife Park – A 160-acre drive-through and walk-through zoo near Williams where visitors view bison, black bears, wolves and elk from their vehicle and explore a forested park on foot. Approximately 30 miles south-east of the property.
Grand Canyon Railway – Historic 65-mile heritage railroad departing Williams for Grand Canyon Village; the two-hour journey offers scenic high-desert views and a trip back in time. About 25 miles away.
Kaibab National Forest – Part of the largest contiguous ponderosa pine forest in the U.S. surrounds the Grand Canyon; it offers hiking, camping and wildlife viewing amid spectacular geologic formations. Access points are roughly 20–30 miles from the property.
Walnut Canyon National Monument – Preserves more than 300 ancient Sinagua cliff dwellings carved into a rugged canyon; trails and interpretive exhibits reveal 900-year-old history (~50 miles east).
