Silver Ridge Almond Orchard

The Silver Ridge Almond Ranch is located in Stanislaus County and is divided into 3 legal parcels, with a total of 121+/- acres. The family has planted approx. 20 acres in the Shasta variety on Cornerstone and Root-Pak R (2021/2022) and 93 acres of Nonpareil, Aldrich and Butte varieties (2006/1997). These parcels are located within the East Turlock Subbasin GSA with two deep wells. Well #1 is located on parcel 009 and is 550' deep w/16'' casing and is equipped with a new 125 hp heavy duty motor connected to TID power. Well #2 is located on parcel 004 and is 640'+ deep w/12'' casing and equipped with a diesel-powered motor. On parcel 009 there is a 1 acre pond and the equipment yard sits on an acre of fully fenced land that is well laid out to handle the needs of the ranch.
