Sevier Valley

The property is on the eastern side of I-70, in the Venice area of Sevier County, approximately 5 miles north of the city of Richfield.  The Sevier Valley Canal is located northwest of the parcel. The property is near 1935 N 2805 W, Venice, Utah. The irregular-shaped property is undeveloped and consists of native vegetation. The western boundary is a county-claimed Class D road running along the Piute Canal. The terrain is slightly sloping, with a historical lateral irrigation ditch crossing a portion of the property. Traditionally, the land has been used for grazing.  The elevation averages 5,300 feet. The acreage is approximately 10 acres (a land survey is being completed).
