We are proud to offer "The MF Duck Club," an outstanding property situated in the premier waterfowl grounds between Bayou DeView and the Cache River. The main lodge features three bedrooms and three bathrooms within a well-finished steel building. The living area boasts vaulted ceilings and ample space for trophies, creating a classic duck camp atmosphere. Designed for functionality, the lodge includes durable finished concrete floors, solid wood doors, and an eat-in kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large eight-seat table. The layout is highlighted by two private master suites and a comfortable guest room. The outdoor living space is ideal for relaxing after a day in the field. The screened-in back porch features a BBQ grill, television, and a pellet fireplace, offering a perfect spot to watch the waterfowl settle into their roosting areas. In 2023, the owners added a motel-style living area to accommodate members and guests. This structure includes eight private bedrooms-each with a twin bunk bed, kitchenette, and individual climate control-along with two full bathrooms and a covered porch. The grounds are designed for low-maintenance upkeep. Behind a locked gate, you will find a fully graveled lot, a 30-amp RV hookup, a four-run covered kennel, and a 40-foot shipping container for gear storage. There is also a dedicated deck and water hydrant for cleaning birds.
