Quail Ridge Ranch

Acreage Quail Ridge ranch is 220 acre family hunting and recreational property. The ranch has good brush cover and is set up with blinds and feeders for whitetail hunting. There is good balance of brush cover and open grass land for wildlife habitat. Terrain The property is fairly level with elevations ranging from 1940' to 1900' in elevation. Water The ranch is watered by three wells. One well is equipped with windmill, and one is equipped with solar pump. The remaining well has submergible pump. There are two poly storage tanks equipped with jet pump and pressure tank that provides water to the house. The solar well pumps into a surface pond that is stocked with fish. The flow of the well helps maintain the pond during drier times of the year. Improvements The lodge is a 40x70 modular style building converted into a 7 bedroom lodge. There are two bathrooms with toilets and sinks and one shower room. The lodge has lots of open space in the living room and kitchen area is great for large family gatherings.
