West Mountain Creek Tract

The West Mountain Creek tract consists of +/- 470 acres in Mineral County, Montana, and is situated inside a large percentage of section 29. Legal access is provided by a county road (power along road) that runs through a valley on the east side. The property includes a creek that runs from the north to the southeast corner, most of which is visible as you drive along West Mountain Creek Road. Excellent shelves, saddles, and benches exist for a possible homesite with well-maintained internal roads throughout. When it comes to hunting, this tract holds nothing back: it is home to multiple species, including elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, black bear, and mountain lion. It is also connected to thousands of acres of Lolo National Forest, accessible from the southern and western portions of the acreage. The property is about 30 minutes from Missoula, Montana, and approximately 2 hours from Coeur D'Alene, Idaho.
