Water
The ranch has a rural water line that runs up to the old homestead, and it services the cattle pens, and continues across the southwestern section of the property to a livestock trough. There is a solar well on the North end of the property supplying water for livestock as well. There are 7 earthen stock tanks ranging in size. A spring on the Northeast section si a constant source of water, and the creeks will hold water seasonally, plus the river on the Northeast corner of the property.
Wildlife
