Location The property is located south of Tornado Avenue, +/-1 mile east of I-5 and +/-3 miles from Huron, CA. Size +/-259.52 Assessed Acres Plantings +/-250 acres are planted to Golden Hills variety pistachios on North American UCB1 Clones. Trees were planted in 2015 at 19 x 15 spacing. Water The property is in the Westlands Water District and part of the Westlands Water District GSA. It holds full Westlands Water District rights. Water is supplied by one (1) 2,700 GPM, 2,115 ft. Ag well, drilled in 2009. Additionally, two (2) Westlands meters are connected to the filter station. Soil The property features +/-100% Grade 1 Excellent soils.
