White Springs Ranch

White Springs Ranch is a unique hunting and recreational tract located in Love County near the Red River. This area is known for productive sandy-loam soils which produce and maintain an abudance of wildlife, espeically whitetail deer, Rio Grande wild turkey and migrating waterfowl. A small spring-fed creek feeds a flooded timber duck pond that is flooded each winter for duck season then drained each spring to promote the growth of native moist-soil plants. The property features thick post oak forests and secluded openings which are planted each spring and fall to attract and grow big deer and plentiful turkeys.
