Land The property consists of 40 Acres ranging from a tall ridgeline sloping down to a live creek with mature evergreen trees. The property was burned in the Beaver Creek Fire of 2016 with the cabin being completely lost. The native grasses and trees have recovered well, and the habitat is exceptional for game animals. The property directly borders a large piece of BLM land surrounding Independence Mountain providing endless country to explore. Threemile creek runs through the deeded property with year-round live water. Elevation on the deeded land ranges from 8600-8800ft.
