Soils
The soils are 99.2% Class III Sharky clay, Tensas-Alligator complex, and Tensas silty clay. These soils are suitable for growing rice and soybeans. The farm has history of cotton, rice and soybean production.
Improvements
2 valley center pivot systems. The west pivot is 1,325 feet, and east pivot is 1,822 feet. Both are approximately 8 years old.
