If only one tract is selected, that tract will be set aside, and bidding will reopen on the remaining tract. At the conclusion of final bidding on both tracts, the owners will have the final say regarding acceptance of the bids received.
If a bidder desires to purchase one or both tracts, they must bid accordingly during the first round and declare their selection at that time. These tracts WILL NOT be offered separately again or recombined at the conclusion of the auction.
