Wallace-2 Tract

The 79-acre (+) Wallace-2 Tract is a superb forestland investment and recreational property located in secluded Charlotte County, Virginia. The property contains 58 acres of well stocked loblolly pine (planted in 2010) ready for its first thinning harvest in the next year or two. Once through the double gate, the property is 0.2 miles down the private road on the right side, where a green cattle gate secures the entrance. Approximately 0.6 miles of internal woods roads wind through the property giving access to nearly every corner.
