The Delmarva Timber Holding Portfolio represents one of the largest private timberland ownerships currently available in Maryland. Encompassing approximately 4,700± acres across 16 individual tracts, the portfolio is characterized primarily by managed pine plantation timber stands with mixed hardwood components throughout various ownerships. Tract sizes range from approximately 75± acres to over 550± contiguous acres, offering opportunities for both large-scale timber investment and smaller individual tract acquisitions. Several tracts provide the ability to purchase individual tax parcels separately, allowing flexibility for investors, recreational buyers, and long-term landholders alike. The portfolio offers a unique combination of timber management potential, recreational appeal, and long-term land stewardship on the Lower Delmarva Peninsula. All properties are encumbered with a Maryland Forest Conservation Easement, which allows for continued timber management and forestry operations while protecting the long-term conservation character of the land.
