Oakbend

Oakbend is 62+/- acres located in the Oconee River basin. It is approximately 12 miles south of Dublin near the Treutlen County line. The property is heavily timbered in a mixture of pine and hardwood species. It has a large percentage of hard mast producing hardwoods. A trail system covers the majority of the property making it easy to move around. Game sign is all over the property. This general area is known for great deer hunting and a healthy population of pigs. Several areas along the trail system could easily be modified into food plots. The best feature of this property are the boundaries it shares with neighboring tracts. Three sides of the property are bordered by large tracts including approximately 1,800 acres of WMA on the eastern side. The other neighboring tracts are approximately 800 and 450 acres. The property is accessed by a short, deeded easement from HWY 199. This property feels much bigger than 62+/- acres and is perfectly positioned for great hunting.
