Located along the south side of Rice Road with a small portion lying along the north side of Rice Road, about a mile northwest of the intersection with State Highway 21, the farm contains a total of 631.90 acres, of which there are 523.91 tillable acres. The tract is provided access from gravel surfaced Rice Road. The farm has been owned by the same family for several generations, and has been farmed on a winter heat, summer fallow rotation. The farm ground has been primarily rented to area farmers and is currently leased. The 10-year average winter wheat yields are about 35-bushels per acre however, the FSA T-Yields are 40-bushels per acre.
