Terms: Absolute Auction, sells without a minimum or reserve! 10% Non-refundable downpayment due the day of the auction, with the balance due on closing. Closing to be on or before December 19th, 2025 with possession occuring at closing. Closing cost and title insurance are split 50/50 between the buyer and seller. Cedar Title and Escrow, LLC will be the closing agent. Sellers will retain all of the 2025 rent. 2025 taxes payable in 2026 will be paid for by the seller, credited to the buyer at closing.
