Method of Auction: This will be a Live, in-person auction with online bidding available. Girard Auctions will conduct the auction and online bidding will be provided by Terms: Absolute Auction, sells without a minimum or reserve! 10% Non-refundable downpayment due the day of the auction, with the balance due on closing.
