This 950 acre ranch is part of Arrowhead Ranch known for its fabulous hunting and abundant wildlife. Just a short 45 minute drive from the McAllen/Edinburg area gets you in your favorite hunting spot. For you cattlemen, this ranch is predominantly regrowth previously in CRP which grows a lot of forage and holds a lot of quail. Wildlife: Whitetails, Scimitar Oryx, Axis, Blackbuck, Feral hogs, Rio Grande Turkey, Quail and Dove both Whitewing and Mourning. Improvements/Water: Theres a 600 deep water well on the property which has an electric submersible pump which produces 90 gpm and a 2 pvc pipe that runs the width of property and which is used to maintain water in the two ponds that are located on the property. This ranch is high fenced on two sides and low fenced on two sides. Topography: This ranch has deep sandy loam soils and is gently rolling. It mostly consists of regrowth mesquite and huisache.
