It is located south of Marion Forks, on the east side of Hwy 22 off of Marion Creek Road. It is one of three contiguous tracts in the portfolio, providing opportunity to acquire a block of 197 acres. All 40 acres are merch timber and adjoining ownership is Willamette National Forest. There is access from Hwy 22 using Marion Creek Road (USFS Road 2255).
