Both orchards are spaced at 20' x 14' and irrigated with single-line micro-sprinkler (fan-jet) systems. The orchards were certified organic in 2020, beginning in their fifth leaf. ±429.94 Acres: 2016 planting consisting of 50% Nonpareil and 50% Monterey varieties. Water The properties are located within the Westlands Water District and benefit from a combination of district water resources and on-site groundwater infrastructure.
