The terrain is gently sloping and conducive to ground based logging equipment. There is an estimated 5,280 feet of frontage along the North River. There is good access from along Lund Road and from a shared driveway easement. Power and phone are along Lund Road. An on-site well and septic system would be required for development. The tract benefits from favorable zoning and would make an excellent forested estate or recreational site.
