Fort Bidwell Cattle and Hay

240 acres of irrigated crops in Northeastern California. 160 acres with one full pivot, currently planted in wheat. 80 acres with 3/4 pivot currently planted in triticale. Crops can be rotated to the needs of the farmer. Next year these 240 acres are scheduled to return to grain hay and graze through the fall months. Crops have been in alfalfa for many years as well. All 240 acres are fully fenced to graze cattle. 3 Ag Wells. 100 HP, 60 HP & 25 HP. 60HP is not used often. 25 HP is used to supplement 100HP occasionally. At the 100HP Pump/well site is a livestock water pond.
