The Project Area's prominent road frontage is along Irvington Road. This road connects the Towns of Kilmarnock, Irvington, and White Stone. The Town of Kilmarnock, situated to the north of the project area, may provide public water and sewer connections. The project area is surrounded by residential development, and some existing strip commercial uses are located along the road frontage.
