Taxes: $8,426.00 approximately (2022) Location: 4 miles NW of Hart on Hwy 194 This farm consists of a 661-acre section (tract1) and an adjoining 658-acre section (tract 2) which corner each other. The irrigation water is joined by underground pipe allowing it to be shared among three pivots which can all be operated at the same time with a total of approximately 3800 gpm. Tract 1 has a late-model -mile Valley center pivot nozzled for 1800 gpm and ten irrigation wells connected with high-pressure underground plastic pipe.
